Setup:

  • 2 Lists: list-a and list-b
  • 2 SharePoint sites: site-a and site-b
  • list-a is on site-a
  • list-b is on site-b
  • Both sites on same Tenant.
  • A Connector for the Tenant.

I'm attempting to set up a Workflow on list-a that creates an entry on list-b. I'm using the Office 365 Create List Item or Document Set action. In the settings for this action, there is a field: Destination site URL. There is no instruction or example of the format of the URL in the action dialog, and I have not found either in the Nintex manual.

Destination site URL in Action dialog.

Is the URL and absolute or relative path (as it is in the Create List Item Action)?

Can the URL have a leading or trailing slash?

I ended up using an absolute path to the site.
