Code Fix: Unable to install new Identity Service

Issue Description

When you have installed K2 Five (5.5) March Cumulative Update 2022 and K2 Five (5.5) March Cumulative Update Fix Pack 01, you are unable to install the new Identity Service with the following message presented: Enabled New Identity Service does not support updating your version of K2.

Resolution

The fix is available in:

 

  1. Download the EnableNewIdentityService.exe.
  2. Run the Installer.
