Hi,

I'm trying to open a Nintex Form using an external Guest account. The Guest account has proper access rights to the SharePoint site and he can access it.

But as soon as he tries to open my Nintex Form it fails saying "500 internal server error".

Is there any limitation in place, avoiding Guest accounts accessing Nintex Forms in general or am I doing something wrong?

Many thanks

Yes, an external account can open a Nintex Forms, if this account have all the correct permission on the site/list/item.

If him just need to open the display form, did your external user have, at less, the read permission of all the data needed in the form (be careful with the list lookup).

What kind of Form ? Classic, newresponsive ?
Did hi try on an other browser ?
Be careful with the security browser settings (cookie authorization, ...)
