Code Fix: Unable to deploy a workflow with three or more actions

Issue Description

When manually creating three or more actions on a workflow task step, an error occurs when attempting to deploy the workflow.

Error Message

The error message states: “Missing reference at Activity ‘Task’. Error. An item with this name already exists on this container”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
  2. Get the K2 Five (5.1) FP4 from Regional Support.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP4 to apply the fix.
