Unable to generate document using Word document generator service broker in k2 5.3

Hi,

I am not able to generate document using the word document generator service broker. No logs are recorded in HostServerBin path.  I was able to generate the document in K2 5.2 version after updagrading to 5.3 the broker is not working.  I have followed below steps to generate the SMO

Stopped the K2 server service

Copied the dll into serviceBroker folder

restarted the K2 server service 

registered service instance nad service type

Generated SMO

 

Should the service account have any specific permission to execute this broker?

    1. Was there any error shown when you were trying to generate ? if there is you may share the screenshot here


    2. Having the logs enabled would be helpful in finding the cause of the issue. You may follow the below KB to enable the host server logging

    - After you have generated this you may revert back the changes as full logging may affect the peformance of your environment
