When a form is submitted by UserA and an UserB is assigned for approval,the form is loading and not opening to approve the item but when provided the SCA admin permission its loading up.
Item level Permission in workflow set:
User A: Initiator(Full control)
User B: Approver(Contribute)
UserB(Approver) Email :Click here open successfully with SCA permission but not with contribute permission. Getting loading screen in browser when open.
