Restrict users from viewing unpublished processes
Instructions
Normal users will not be able to view a process within the Process Group structure if it has a status of ‘In Progress’. Only Editors, BAs or Promasters can view unpublished processes. In addition, using Viewing Permissions, you can restrict access to a process by restricting access to the Process Group that the Process belongs to.
