Hello,

Is there any way to see a summary and a total of all Nintex Workflows in use at O365 system? We would like to trace all of them and check if they are relevant. However they are built by numerous people and no one kept count of them. How do I find them?

Thanks.

Hi , I see that your screenshots are from Nintex for SharePoint 2013, however unfortunately, in Office 365 this is not available.

‌, I don't think that what you want is possible in O365 without Hawkeye, unfortunately.

Hi Matti Aver‌,

The 'Manage Workflow Inventory' will give you all the Nintex Workflows(both list and site) details. If you want you can export to csv.

Additionally under the list tab, workflow settings -> Remove, Block, or Restore a Workflow option will give all your active workflows for a particular list.

Thanks,

‌ Contact your Nintex rep. They have a Windows Forms app that connects to tenant and shows a list of all workflows in every site in a site coll.
