Minor Versions of Nintex Form

Hi

I have just had the following error when I was trying to preview a form:

After reading through it I noted that there is a "Minor Version Limit" exceeded.

I was unaware that this was the case that there was a limit to the amount of versions on the form.

I am not sure if anyone else has come across this before?

Thanks

Karen

Re: Minor Versions of Nintex Form

Hi

I have now published a major version and I am still getting the error on "Preview".  So I cannot preview my latest version of the form.

Latest version below -

I have found the following topic on here

Re: Forms 2013 - Minor version limit exceeded

It is Forms 2013 and I am Forms 2010.  Shall I raise this with Nintex support?

Thanks

Forms 2013 - Minor version limit exceeded    ----- I was just going to reference this.  I believe the same steps could be used to solve your issue as well.  I know the solution posted there was derived from support.

Re: Minor Versions of Nintex Form

Hi Mike M

Thanks for coming back to me.

I will raise this with support as I have found following the steps very tricky indeed.  My published form works ok.  I am unable to preview that's all.

Thanks for your help with this.

Re: Minor Versions of Nintex Form

Hi

This has now been resolved by Nintex Support.

They suggested something else which has worked effectively.

As discussed on the phone, please can you try the
following steps and let me know if this resolves the issue for you:

- In Nintex Designer export the Form

- In Nintex Designer delete the Form

- Close Nintex Designer

- Reopen Nintex Designer

- Import the Form

As a practice before deleting my form, I

- In Nintex Designer export the Form

- Close Nintex Designer

- Created a brand new list (template on the other list with nothing on it - note this is a development environment)

- Import the Form

This worked.

**Noted both ways removed the versions.

Thanks Nintex Support for your help!
