I have two lists. List A and List B.
When I create an item with and attached file in list A, the file attachment will copy to list B.
If I add a file attachment to an item that's has already been created in list A, it does not copy the file attachment to
list B. I am new to SharePoint and Nintex workflow.

What is your workflow setting? Is it run on item creation?
Does your workflow also run when items are modified to replace or modify the attachments? Are you copying the whole item from List A to List B or only attachments? I guess List B would be a library if you are moving only attachments.
Please provide some details about the issue and the screen shot of your workflow settings and workflow itself.
Sorry for the late response. My workflow settings run on items created and modified. yes I'm copying the whole item, with the attachments, from List A to List B. Both A and B are Lists. I do not have a library set up.
Hi Carietta Austin,
Just modifying the attachments does not trigger the workflow. See this for reference:
Or you add the start up condition in the workflow on modification, where Modified (previous version) is not equal to <compared to Field> Modified.
How did you configure your Nintex Workflow to copy the whole list item including the attachments?
Are you calling a specific web service that will do this?
I am trying to do the same thing between two task lists and my Nintex workflow ends in error when trying to copy the list item with the attachments from List A to List B (using the Nintex action "Copy Item").
Any direction you can give will be greatly appreciated.
