Important Reminder: Nintex Workflow for O365 End-of-Support Approaching
We are writing to remind you about the upcoming end of support of Nintex Workflow for O365 on December 31st, 2025. As previously announced on December 6th, 2023, this product is reaching its end of life. As part of this transition, we have now entered the limited support phase of our support policy (Section III.C.End of Life). Going forward, support for Nintex Workflow for O365 will be limited to: Troubleshooting issues Identifying workarounds Resolving critical security issues We encourage all customers to upgrade their workflows to Nintex Workflow (formerly known as Nintex Automation Cloud) before December 2025 to maintain support and take advantage of the new functionalities available in this Nintex flagship offering. To facilitate this transition, we introduced the Workflow Upgrade tooling and the Nintex Upgrade Program to help customers leverage this tooling. The program also offers dedicated support from Nintex experts, including a 90-minute discovery session and access to individual coaching and on-demand courses.
