Nintex Form 2019 - External Form Setting is disabled

Hello -  I need assistance.

The External form setting is disabled in the Form designer page (first screen shot below), and yet we have activated the External Forms Features in both the Admin Centre and Site Collection Features.

Can you please tell what is missing?

You may need to check the external features are installed first ensuring all of the certificates/URLs are valid and available.

Hi @Mody 

 

As @Jake  has advised, please see the help documentation for this issue.
The issue is that the server cannot access the URL’s specified in the documentation as your firewall is blocking them.
