We really want to use the acknowledgements feature in Process Manager, but ran into a few concerns:

I’d love to learn from your experience! Please share how you’ve used the acknowledgements and your success/challenges.

Yes ,  we have this feature turned on and recently experienced the spamming situation .     

We have defined in our management system governance processes that this feature should only be used for critical  processes  such as if there is a legislative requirement for response evidence etc.. .     

I would like to know if there are any reports to indicate where a process owner has turned on this feature .   Havent found anything so far .
