What's the secret to scalability when it comes to RPA?

For businesses that are ready to step up their RPA implementation game, a Center of Excellence (CoE) is a major step in the right direction!

While no two CoEs are the same, the average RPA CoE consists of a dedicated person or team and framework to help manage the RPA ecosystem as it's rolled out across the organization. If this is done properly, the RPA CoE speeds up RPA project implementation as well as helps the company's business units define the requirements for a successful RPA business case.

If your CoE is successful, then it definitely has these characteristics:

A) It effectively embeds and delivers automation into the heart of its organization. To accomplish this, the CoE already has a strong leadership in place to advocate and develop close relationships with business units.

B) It is attached to a culture of continuous improvement. The person who leads a CoE understands and empathizes with every department of the organization. This is why these CoE leaders are process-driven and create a culture of continuous improvement.

C) It is structured to work for the organization. Every organization has a different set of circumstances, and they all need their CoE to complement it. For example, some businesses may prefer to have a centralized CoE, while others may prefer regional ones. Whatever the structure is, a successful CoE requires a wider vision and alignment with the organization's operational and financial goals.
