Unable to configure Nintex actions such as Set a Variable

Forum|alt.badge.img+1

When trying to update certain Nintex Actions (ex. Set a Variable, Run If),  the action will time out when trying to open the action. The following error message appears: “Sorry, Something went wrong, An unexpected error has occurred”.  This has recently started in the past month. It will work for a few minutes, then the error appears. Any suggestions? Using SharePoint 2013.

Hi @rnino,

To diagnose this issue you will need to look at the ULS logs at the time of the error.

Also look at the development tools for the browser to see if there are any errors.
If its working and then stops the issue may be with IIS or the Nintex content database.

No. This still continues to be a chronic issue. 😞
