let's say we are warking on Quick leave process (Ex : leave for 3 houres) we want to allow users to submitt maximum 2 requests per months , how can i acheive this !!
nb : i want to prevent user from submitting the third request in the Start form ( front end )
please any help
+9Depending on how many users you have, one solution (not necessarily the best) can be to change permissions on the list once 2 requests have been submitted.
Let's say UserA has contribute access on the list, once their second request has been submitted, you remove their permissions on the list via Workflow.
And each month, you reset the permissions on your list.
