How to query a view of a library

In SP2016, I have a workflow. I need to query a custom view of a library that I created. The view has a field called, 'Content owner."

In my Query list, I need to specify that instead of giving me all documents that match the Content Owner (where clause), give me the link of the view that has content owner = "Mary Jones" instead.

How can that be accomplished. Many thanks.
