+7We have an attachemnt control on the form for user to upload documents.
When approvers approve the form, they need to see the attachments and add new attachments as well from the task form.
But I cannot find the attachment column to add. User have to go back to the list to do it. The attachment field is missing from the approval task form.

What you have to remember is that the item on the Sharepoint list and the Task are two separate items.
