Starting from this morning, we cannot access to the Nintex designer this morning.

We are just getting this error below.

Can you please help troubleshoot / advise.

 

 

WE are also getting this error in Windows Event:

 

“The Execute method of job definition nintex.workflow.live.service.onlineManagerJobDefinition threw an exception”

 


Hi @Mody,

As this is on-premise, Nintex cannot make changes to your environment.
What changes have been made to the environment?
The error shown is irrelevant because this service is not essential to opening the designer.


Hi We installed the Certificate requested by Nintex -  refer to links below.

Yesterday we re-installed the exe, and users were able to operate, this morning, none of the Nintex form is opening. we are lost…
