We've been getting just a small amount of users that when trying to access forms on an Android app get a blank forms list  (so far it is about 4 our of 500)

 

All of the typical troubleshooting doesnt work (uninstall/reinstall, reboot phone, clear cache, log out log in).

 

We've confirmed the users do 100% have access to the site/library where the form lives.

 

Anyone seen anything like this or have any other recommendations for troubleshooting?

Have you analyzed their android versions?

Have you tried another simple form on another list?


I have this experience:

Let's say that I have two users - A and B - in my system.

I create and deploy a form, and it is now available to them on their mobile devices.

I now get a new colleague - user C.

The form is NOT available to him now matter what he does with his mobile device.

I RE-DEPLOY the form, and it is now available to him.

This is a big problem - since I basically have to re-deploy all forms every day, just in case new users have been created in the organization.

Is this observation consistent with what you experience?
