Hello All,

We're in the middle of converting some workflows to V5.


One thing that is different is the Workflow view.

On the old workflow, you can click on the Activity and an Activity Summary window pops up with several tabs of information. If the workflow has had several iterations at the current activity, the history is available and you can step back through the iterations to review information.


On the new workflow, I can see where I am in the workflow, but I don't get the extra data that was available in the old workflow view.

Q:  Is that extra information available elsewhere? Is my workflow not working properly?

In K2 Five and Cloud, the reporting data is only available in the management page.


When you open the viewflow then click on an event/activity, you will be redirect to the reporting page, see screenshot below as an example when you click on on a loop step:


 



 


As far as I remember this feature was added after K2 5.0/5.1, not 100% sure but I don't remember seeing this functionality in 5.1 or 5.0.


If you cannot click on an event or activity, I would suggest to upgrade to 5.2 or 5.3. 


 


You can view the workflow reports in the management page for now
