validation on column

i need to do validation on the column to make the below:

 

1- i need no value repetiton on the column.

 

2- and if the value already exsist show error message "This value aleary exsist".

I did a quick Project on this and I was able to achieve this by making the column to have unique values only.


 


Have a look at the screenshot.
