How to convert the date value of Calendar control to string in Smart Form in K2 Five?

Hi Team

There is a calendar control in the smart form. This field allows the user to pick the date from the date picker in the dd/mm/yyyy format. I want to send the data as a dd/mm/yyyy string to one of the smart object. How can we achieve this in K2 Five?

    Hi, 

     

    I mostly create SMOs on top of Web services and SQL tables. By my understanding, SMO passes the value in yyyy-MM-dd formate to the target machine and this format is globally acceptable by date data type in services and SQL columns. 

     

    Let me know the actual requirement behind your question. because we can also plan to handle the data at the target side.
