I am looking to achiveve following:
1. Read email metadata (list) from a shared mailbox (inbox/sent)
2. Read content of email (inbox/sent folders) in shared mailbox
3. Send email on behalf of shared mailbox
Can this be achieved using an out-of-box feature of K2 5.3? I tried using Exchange Online and can read emails from my own mailbox but could not repliacate it for a shared mailbox.

Perhaps, you can make use of the community exchange service broker. for this scenario. There is an existing feature request on the ideas.k2 site (https://ideas.k2.com/ideas/APIT-I-1474). Please upvote or log additional ideas so product team can be planned and scheduled the work in later releases.
