So the idea you shared is referring to the Automate section for Designers and above, not the My Nintex section for participants.

If you are looking for something for Tasks and Submit a form I agree. End-user experience is rough for approvers who approve items for multiple processes.

@Juyoung I did create an idea awhile back for user experience in My Nintex that includes group by certain fields, like the workflow. Feel free to vote - more votes the more chances you have of getting these features added to the platform! :)
