An error occurs upgrading from K2 Five (5.3) to K2 Five (5.4)

The error occurred when upgrading from version 5.3 to 5.4.

(5.3 version 5.0004.1300.0 -  January 2022 Cumulative Update installed)

(5.4 install version - 5.0005.2000.0)

How to fix this?

 

I try used that method and the error message doesn't change. @Roche

Do you have the installer trace file?

Usually it would be located in the {K2}SetupLog folder, and will have more details regarding the blocking error.

Otherwise, consider logging a support case at https://customer.nintex.com
