This article was created in response to a support issue logged with K2. The content may include typographical errors and may be revised at any time without notice. This article is not considered official documentation for K2 software and is provided "as is" with no warranties.

Issue

When running Setup Manager while installing K2 on a server cluster, an error appears.

Symptoms

The error that appears is:
"Sourcecode.Workflow.Runtime.Management.WorkflowManagementHostServer component not licensed"

Troubleshooting Steps

This error can occur when you attempt to run the setup manager for each server in the cluster using one license key. Because each server has a different machine key, they will each need their own license key. Thus, to resolve this error, please request a new license key for each server here: http://portal.k2.com/licensekey/default

Once you have a license key for each server, run the setup manager on each with the corresponding license key.
