Google Sheets

Google Sheets is a spreadsheet file service developed by Google. Users can create, edit, and share spreadsheet files on their Google Drive accounts and invite others to view and edit them. Google Sheets is light-weight and easy to use tool for powerful data collection, storage, retrieval and visualisation of data. It leverages many of the same patterns as Excel and is largely considered a light-weight version of Excel, built from the ground up in the cloud.

Google Calendar

Google Calendar is a powerful scheduling and time management service developed by Google that allows users to spend less time managing schedules. Google Calendar can transform the way you create and edit appointments and events, allowing you to make the best use of time. Sharing calendars with others, allows you to plan events, set up meetings and perform tasks smoothly and efficiently. Google Tasks

Google Tasks is a free task managing service provided to business users via Google Workspace customers as part of a subscription. It is an online service that manages to-do lists, and you can make lists of items or tasks you need to do and cross them out when they are done. Multiple lists can be created, allowing lists to be created for various tasks that make managing tasks easy and hassle-free.

Google Docs

Google Docs, developed by Google, is a free document creation and editing product and is provided to business users via Google Workspace customers as part of a subscription. Google Docs allows users to create and edit documents while collaborating with other users in real-time and share documents with others. It is available online and as a mobile and desktop app and is built "cloud-first" compared to Microsoft Word and is very light-weight and performant on the web.

Asana is a web and mobile application designed to simplify team-based work management by helping teams organise, track, and manage their work. Asana is a commonly used light-weight but powerful product management tool in the same bracket as Trello. However, it is more structured and tailored to teams and uses a task-oriented approach to project management and is focused on tasks.
