Google Docs
Google Docs, developed by Google, is a free document creation and editing product and is provided to business users via Google Workspace customers as part of a subscription. It is available online and as a mobile and desktop app and is built "cloud-first" compared to Microsoft Word and is very light-weight and performant on the web.
