I have one of the biggest Government agencies looking for new Portal based on Drupal, and they have a lot of workflows that need to be built via K2 workflow.
Could I integrate and deploy K2 blackpearl workflow engine for Drupal?
Does K2 blackpearl support that? Can Drupal handle this to be front-end for it?

The K2 workflow engine has APIs that you can use to integrate with from external systems, so this should be possible. I'd recommend not using the blackpearl product, as that is in extended support. K2 Five has a lot of APIs that can be used to start workflows, assign tasks, open tasks, etc. and we have quite a few customers that use K2 Five as just the workflow hub with other technologies as the front ends. The technical documentation for K2 has more info on the APIs, I'd start there.
