Auto Run Docgen Package When Record Meets Criteria

My team and I are trying to have a DocGen Package run when a record is created/updated and meet certain criteria via Flows. This package is intended to send a receipt to a designated user (pulled from a contact page). When we run tests manually, the package works, but when we try to use automation, the logs read successful, but no email is received.

We do not have any errors to show as to why that may be happening. Any ideas on how we can fix this?

@aperrine  - Are there any errors in the Nintex Admin Tab > Automated instances > download CSV file?

If not, support should be able to replicate and find something to help. Email Support@nintex.com and provide the below:

1. Org ID:
2. Login access  (see instructions below):
3. URL Link to Document Package:
4. URL Link to test record:
5. Detailed steps to replicate this issue (Button Selection):
6. Permission to Clone Document/ Document Package/ Record for testing.

We did receive errors. “The Outbound Messaging feature is not enabled for your account.” Errors are when my coworker tried it using a Get DocGen Package action, rather than the send Outbound Message option.

Hi @MillaZ

We have not yet resolved our question. We are not sure what we need to do to get our package to work through flow.

Hi @aperrine
It sounds like the best approach would be to contact support. Please follow Brent’s directions he posted above.
