Supported DocuSign OAuth for Nintex DocGen for Salesforce.
Instructions
Supported authentication types for DocuSign Integration:
1. DocuSign Admin Consent (DocuSign Admin Tools Required) - Supported version now on AppExchange!
2. DocuSign Individual Consent - Available in September DocGen Package Release - Release Notes
DocuSign (Legacy):
1. Configure and stay on DocuSign (Legacy) Integration in the Nintex Admin Tab.
2. Switch the integration to the new OAuth - Admin Consent or OAuth - Individual Consent Option.
- No need to Update/Change the Delivery Option at this time. All will continue to work as configured.
DocuSign Apps Launcher: (Available - migration not required for Sept. 30th DocuSign authentication deprecation)
1. Configure the new DocuSign Integration in the Nintex Admin Tab.
2. Switch the integration to the new OAuth - Admin Consent or OAuth - Individual Consent Option.
3. Migrating Legacy Delivery Options:
- Change the record type of Delivery Options from DocuSign Legacy to DocuSign
- All will continue to work as the data is still on that record (just not the layout).
- No need to change (dl.) to (ds.) for the migrated delivery options. (This would cause the need to update the template as well.)
- Changing the Delivery Option record type will route through the new DocuSign Integration (step 1) in the Nintex Admin tab.
- Requires DocuSign Apps Launcher app to be installed and configured in Salesforce. Setup Requirements
Note: BOTH DocuSign Legacy and DocuSign Apps Launcher Integrations can be configured in an environment while testing, verifying, and migrating. The Delivery Option Record Type with dictate which DocuSign Integration is used.
