When running a DocGen Package, the Looplus Run Page is not entirely in Lightning, causing wrong behavior or an error.
Instructions
This has been seen in the following scenarios:
- Navigating back and forth between Lightning and Classic - Session experience gets crossed
- Close all browser tabs and get back into Lightning only
- In Lightning, the button parameters were typed in the address bar instead of using a Lightning Mobile Action URL button.
- A Custom implementation regarding a redirect in the code.
- Ensure you are receiving the correct Session.
- Review the redirect code to see what action is redirecting / opening the tab.
- May need to use the Salesforce NavigateToURL:
- Work with Nintex Professional Services to review use-case and implementation.
