DocGen - Can you filter the emails that populate in the From field of an email?

When sending using an Email DocGen Delivery Option, is it possible to filter the emails that populate within the From field?


Instructions 

It is not possible to filter the list of emails as of June 2024 but there is a feature request open at ths time to have that included in the future.
