Issue

When submitting a form, the following error occurs:


Sorry Something Went Wrong


Additionally, the ULS logs contain the following error:


[FIELDNAME] - [You must specify a value for this required field.]

 

Resolution

  • Ensure a Control is connected to the required field
  • Ensure there are not multiple controls connected to the field
  • If a Calculated Value Control is connected to the field, ensure that it returns a value
