Issue Description
When configuring an Email event or User Task notification email with non-English characters, the format of the email sent is incorrect. Using SmartFields in the Email event or notification email will also display incorrectly.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five RTM installed.
- Get the K2 Five RTM FP27 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 Five RTM FP27 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
