Issue

An error pops up when editing an existing rule on a form.

 

Error Code

Could not load type 'SourceCode.Forms.Utilities.EnvironmentFieldHelper' from assembly 'SourceCode.Forms.Utilities, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=16a2c5aaaa1b130d'.

 

Resolution

Ensure that SourceCode.Forms.Utilities.dll is present in the folders listed below and they are all on the same version:

  • {K2 Installation Folder}Bin
  • {K2 Installation FolderHost ServerBin
  • {K2 Installation Folder}WebServicesK2Apiin
  • {K2 Installation Folder}WebServicesViewFlowin
  • C:WindowsMicrosoft.NETassemblyGAC_MSIL
