Workflow with Resubmit action

Hi All,

 

I am using K2 Studio and forms for my workflow. I am trying to create a simple workflow where user can resubmit when the approver refer back with comments. Requestor would be getting a mail with URL, when approver refer back.

Clicking on that URL would open the form with previously submitted data. I am unable to load the previous data.

Are there any samples available?
