Did you upgrade an existing org to 10.0.1 or spin up a new org and upgrade it to 10.0.1? If you upgraded an existing org, what verison was it on before?
Do you have any Javascript resources on your page?
Are you connecting to any data sources on your page other than Salesforce? If so which ones?
Do you mind posting a screenshot of your entire browser developer console? It looks like there’s another error that’s getting cut off
