Is the header component available in Brooklyn?

In creating a new page, I don’t see the header component listed as a resource.

I had forgotten where the header was configured, and Pat reminded me.  No change from the previous version.

Gotcha. I never knew this feature existed. I think I’m going to obliterate Salesforce headers now :).
