K2 Five (5.1) Fix Pack 13
Issue Description
When you use an Update Document properties event to update the metadata of a document that is checked out, the document will automatically be checked in when you click on Save.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP13 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP13 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
Considerations
A new button is now available to check the document in if required. When you click the Save button, the metadata will be saved, and the document will still be checked out.
