Code Fix: Notification email context displays incorrectly when multiple task steps are configured in a workflow

Issue Description

When you add multiple task steps to a workflow and add text to the notification email in each task step, after switching the context to HTML mode when you edit the workflow, the context does not update.

Error Message

The following error displays in the browser console: “TypeError: Cannot read property 'refresh' of undefined”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.3) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.3) FP14 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.3) FP14 to apply the fix.
  4. You need to refresh the browser cache.
