Error "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized" when using the Update XML action

ISSUE
When using Update XML action an error is displayed:
Error Message: "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized".
ERROR CODE
The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized
RESOLUTION
Open the configuration for the Update XML action, within the Workflow, then insert the username and password of the Workflow Service User. Also ensure the account being used in the Update XML action has contribute permission on both libraries.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The “Update XML” action requires credentials when using URL as “XML source” and/or “Store result in”. It does not automatically take the credentials of the initiator of the workflow.
