Issue Description
When you have a view or form with a PDF control to create PDF files and run many workflow instances, some of the PDF files do not create successfully. Only a small margin on the left of the page is generated instead of the full page in the file.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.0) installed.
- Download and Install the K2 Five (5.0) September 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Download the K2 Five (5.0) September 2018 Cumulative Update FP05 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.0) September 2018 Cumulative Update FP05 to apply the fix.
- It is recommended to refresh the browser cache.
- The fix will only be applied to new PDF files created.
