Error - Mass via Reports has not been configured for this organization

Hi,

 

All users that tries to generate letters gets Error - Mass via Reports has not been configured for this organization.

It worked last week.  How to I solve this?

    Hi, this is a feature that will need to be turned on for your license. I recommend reaching out to your account manager or our support team to have this feature turned on.
