Issue Description
Trying to access an anonymous Form from a secondary runtime site causes an error.
Error Message
Cannot access SmartObject item ‘GUID’ anonymously
Cause
This happens when you have a secondary runtime site that exists on a separate IIS web application. When the application was set in the secondary root folder, K2 did not provide for an empty folder name (root folder) and the directory built up was //Runtime instead of just being /Runtime.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Get the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP6 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 March 2018 Cumulative Update FP6 to apply the fix.
