Emails triggered through workflow cloud are delayed

I am trying to set up email notification through Nintex Workflow Cloud for Salesforce and it takes 5 mins for the workflow intances to appear it failed or completed. I see the email if completed, is there any setting we can change to make the email sent as soon as the event is triggered?

@NilaS - Nintex Workflow Cloud polls your Salesforce instance every so often to look for new events that will trigger a workflow. Because of the polling, there may be a slight delay from when the event happens, to when the workflow is kicked and you get your email notification.
