Code Fix: An error occurs when sorting on a custom SmartObject based on an Oracle Service Object

Issue Description

When you design a custom SmartObject in K2 Designer and map the properties to an Oracle Service Object, attempting to sort on one of the SmartObject properties where the name does not match the Service Object property, an error occurs.

Error Message

The following error occurs: “SourceCode.SmartObjects.ServiceBroker [ExecuteSmartObject]","10702 An error occurred in the InforApp10 Service Instance. Oracle threw: 'ORA-00904: 'Active_Status': invalid identifier' when executing query”.

Resolution

  1. Ensure you have K2 Five (5.2) installed.
  2. Download the K2 Five (5.2) FP16 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
  3. Install the K2 Five (5.2) FP16 to apply the fix.
