Issue Description
When you attempt to link a service method field to an Advanced SmartObject on the Add Service Method Link popup in K2 Management, no property names are displayed if one of the service methods doesn’t allow input values. You should not be allowed to link a service method field if the service method doesn't allow input values.
Error Message
The following java script error occurs: “SCRIPT5022: cannot call methods on dropdown prior to initialization; attempted to call method 'focus' polyfills.bundle.js (1,41034).”
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 Five (5.1) installed.
- Download the K2 Five (5.1) FP22 from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Install the K2 Five (5.1) FP22 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser cache.
Considerations
When a service method does not allow input values and you attempt to link fields to an Advanced SmartObject, the “Assign” button and “double click” functionality will be disabled.
