Issue Description
K2 smartforms goes into a CPU usage loop causing the system CPU to run at maximum. The fix prohibits this from happening by implementing additional thread locking ensuring thread safety in the Bundling Modules of SmartForms.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update.
- Get the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP8 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 February 2017 Cumulative Update FP8 to apply the fix.
