Issue Description
When running a View to load data from a Memo data type or Rich Text Box control, the text in the controls is truncated and the end of the data does not display.
Cause
This occurs when the HTML is incorrectly decoded in the Chrome Browser.
Resolution
- Ensure you have K2 4.7 installed.
- Download and Install the K2 4.7 November 2017 Cumulative Update from K2 Partner and Customer Portal.
- Get the K2 4.7 November 2017 Cumulative Update FP7 from Regional Support.
- Install the K2 4.7 November 2017 Cumulative Update FP7 to apply the fix.
- Refresh the browser cache.
